FAQs

How are the meals delivered ?
All Grant’s meals are delivered fresh to your door.
How can I pay for my meals?
You can pay with your visa card when you order over the phone, or our delivery staff are happy to accept cash or cheque on delivery.
When must I order my meals?
All meals are cooked fresh so you need to order 48 hours in advance.
For example, for a Wednesday delivery you must place your order by 3pm Monday. This will give our chefs time to prepare your meals with care.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
No, however we can only leave the meals if you have placed a cooler bag or eski with ice packs out for us to place your meals into.
This is a Victorian health law required for all delivered meals.
What if I don’t like certain foods?
Many people have likes and dislikes when it comes to food. Just discuss with our friendly staff to arrange for your meals to be made to suit your requirements.
What about my special dietary requirements?
Please check our menu for listed information. Our staff are more than happy to discuss any dietary requirements you have (including diabetics).
How do I heat my meals up?
Pierce the film then place into the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Check each label for correct heating times.
When do I need to eat the meals by?
All Grant’s meals have a ‘use by' date of three days after delivery, when kept in the refrigerator below 5°c.
Can I freeze my meals?
It is perfectly fine to freeze most of our meals, except salads and some desserts. Please check your labels.
It is recommended that if you are going to store meals in the freezer then freeze them on delivery, not at the end of the use by date.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to many retirement Villages and private residences in Melbourne, and our delivery area is growing all the time.
